Nick Stroupe Hoping for "Peachy" Feeling In Georgia
12-Year-Old Has Dominated His Last Two Outings at Peachstate Speedway

Nick Stroupe and his BDI Racing team are competing for the Pro Challenge Series National Championship in 2008. After a successful outing during Florida Speedweeks and a runner-up finish in the North Region opener at Hickory Motor Speedway one week ago, Stroupe and his Dandelion Inn / Little Italy Pizzeria / Denny's #51 are feeling just “peachy” about returning to one of the 12-year-old's favorite racetracks this weekend.

Stroupe will compete in a 50-lap even in Pro Challenge's South region this Saturday, March 29 th at Peachstate Speedway in Jefferson, GA. The BDI Racing team has a lot of success at the high-banked half-mile oval last year. Stroupe won in his first-ever attempt at the facility and then dominated the November race until being spun into the wall by the third-place competitor during a late-race restart in the World Crown event.

“I'm excited,” said Stroupe, of Iron Station, NC. “We had a good run at Hickory last week, but we have never won at that track. Peachstate is one of my favorite tracks. It's fast and there's plenty of room to pass. We ran really well there last year and of course that makes you confident going back there this year.”
